Honduras: Via Campesina leader arrested, now released

At the National Family Farm Coalition summer meetings in Louisville.  Via Campesina leader Rafael Alegria was arrested today in Honduras, though thankfully, was released.  However, this serves as a stark reminder that repression against social movement leaders and the general population continues in Honduras – people there are struggling to get their president back and need our solidarity. And, Hillary Clinton, want to talk about being "reckless"?  How about the war in Iraq that you voted for???
